It's interesting. I saw this live, and I didn't even notice! It makes you wonder what Chris Matthews was REALLY laughing at!
I don't get it...I heard the noise and then Chris Matthews laughing...what's going on??? Was it barking dogs?
Ok I get it nevermind lol...couldn't see the forest for the trees.
Ok, I've watched it like 6 times now and I still don't get it...can somebody please explain??
